Under the logo, that trademark was registered with the Trademark Department of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, which has acquired legal protection in accordance with Article 90 of the Law on the Protection of Intellectual Property No. 82 of 2002, and still enjoys that protection. ”
He added: “On 22-22-2020 the club was surprised that the President of Zamalek suspended banners in the vicinity of his club and the top of his buildings bearing the logo of Zamalek Club, the logo of the Confederation of African Football and a line under the slogans of the phrase (Zamalek Club .. Real Century Club).
He continued: “In the face of the African Union threats to the Zamalek club, which were addressed by various media outlets for using the (sufficient) logo without prior permission, the President of Zamalek 48 hours before the request of the African Union removed the banners, but he returned on 31-20-2020, and suspended the banners again, including the slogan Zamalek Club only after the removal of the “K” logo, and it added to the new signs that Zamalek Club is the real century club.
