Warmińsko-Mazurskie: Fatal accident in a hospital. The patient fell out the window

On Wednesday morning (August 5), a patient of the hospital in Węgorzewo died. He fell out of a window on the fourth floor of the clinic. An attempt to resuscitate the man was unsuccessful. The circumstances of the accident will be investigated by the police.

The officer of the fire brigade in Olsztyn informed that a doctor had notified the accident. The patient had fallen on the roof of the outbuilding and therefore the hospital staff could not reach him.

The firefighters called to the scene undertook the resuscitation action, but unfortunately it did not bring any results.

The guard on duty informed that the deceased was 72 years old.

All circumstances of the event will be clarified by the police.
