CHALCO VALLEY.
With the finger of the mutilated right hand, a minor of 15 years of age was found who had been kidnapped in the municipality of Ixtapaluca and who managed to escape from his captors.
The minor was detected by elements of the Public Safety and Municipal Traffic Commissioner of Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, when he was wandering the streets of Fray Servando Teresa de Mier and Mariano Monterde in the Darío Martínez II Section neighborhood.
Police reported that when the surveillance tours were carried out, the child was intercepted and reported that he had been kidnapped.
The child was treated and transferred for a medical review by Civil Protection.
After receiving the first aid, said minor was presented to the local prosecutor’s office, so that specialized investigators could follow up on the facts, in search of locating those responsible for the consummation of the crime.
Given this, the NUC investigation folder was initiated: NEZA / FCO / FCO / 062000426/2001, for the crime of kidnapping.
