An unknown man is said to have attacked two women with a pepper spray in Waldshut on Friday morning.
Between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., the women between the ages of 28 and 32 were met by the man on the sidewalk in Gurtweiler Strasse.
He is said to have spoken to the women and then used a pepper spray or the like against both of them.
Because the face masks and headgear were worn, the consequences of the attack were bearable for the women. Medical care was not required.
The women described the suspect as follows: about 50 to 55 years old, 175 to 180 centimeters tall, normal stature, short hair, spoke German. He was dressed in dark clothes and had a backpack or shoulder bag with him.
The police station asks people who observed the incident or who can provide information about the suspect to call 07751 8316-531.
