The President of Serbia claims that the Rockefeller Foundation “gives money” to one of the organizers of the protests.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that the anti-government protests, which were caused by the authorities’ plans to allow the foreign concern Rio Tinto to mine lithium in the country, were sponsored from abroad, namely by the Rockefeller Foundation. He said this in an interview with Pink TV.
The purpose of the foundation, according to Vučić, is not only to maintain its commercial interests, but also to overthrow the government in Serbia.
The President of Serbia claims that the Rockefeller Foundation “gives money” to one of the organizers of the protests, Savo Manojlovic. “These foreign funds are helping to overthrow the government in Serbia… As I said, these protests have nothing to do with the environment,” he said.
Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnobic also spoke about the fact that environmental protests in Serbia are financed from abroad.
In addition, among the organizations funding, in her opinion, the protests in Serbia, Brnobic named USAID (US Agency for International Development), the Open Society Foundation (founded by George Soros, the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the British Council and other organizations .
On the eve of Serbia, they announced that a gangster group prepared an attempt on the life of Vucic.
