Vodafone TV incorporates from this Tuesday the ‘Children Mode’, a functionality that allows the little ones to access their favorite contents and characters within a safe environment, in a more visual and simple way with a menu adapted to their needs.
“It is a customizable environment, where parents can create a profile for the child, personalizing their age and access times to the content,” explained the telecommunications company.
In this sense, Vodafone has stated that the ‘Children Mode’ is a “safe and secure” environment, which is specially designed for children, and only contains programs suitable for the child’s age. Thus, parents can create profiles for their children and define the age range and time of enjoyment thanks to parental control – viewing time can be controlled by means of timers and definition of allowed hours.
It has also detailed that this tool can be accessed from the top of the main menu or from the ‘Vodafone TV Kids’ application within the ‘Apps’ menu of the decoder. This new functionality is free and is already included in all Vodafone TV 4K decoders.
Two new functionalities are also included in the Vodafone TV app to improve the user experience: visual playback control – which allows you to see the content frames while moving forward or backward – and the management of recordings from mobile devices.
