The guests entered the match better. After a balanced opening ten minutes, the interplay of two leaders worked for them for the first time, and after Gulaš ideally charged him between the rings, Pechka overcame the Trail in the 13th minute.

The South Bohemians were bolder after the goal and the same pair also prepared the second goal. Gulaš won a disc for the Girl in the corner, which moved him in front of the gate to Pech, and the Trail was short on his long forehand loop. And then Abdul rushed to the Trail from the left, but his home goalkeeper kept his hit in the concrete.

After the first part, the home team started to wake up only before the middle of the match. This was signaled by the possibility of Marosz, who was caught by Hrachovina as well as the arriving Deja. In the 29th minute, however, after a great pass from Svačin’s pass from behind the goal, Lindberg hit the goal and scored the first extra-league goal.

Vítkovice then took the initiative and created the upper hand. However, they were only able to capitalize on it during a five-on-three game at the very end of the second act, when Hruška and Marosz finished the match behind the gate, shooting Krenželok from the goal area.

The turnaround was completed in the third part: a second after the unused power play, Bukarts fired from the wing and Lakatos just knocked the puck out of the goal area into the empty goal. Lindberg could have stamped the victory in the 55th minute, but after renumbering himself in front of Hrachovina he failed with a backhand bluff and the home team did not take advantage of the interesting situations in the game of five to four.

When Bukarts from Vítkovice received a minor penalty, the guests reached the power play in the 58th minute and the path to Novotný was ruined by Stezka. Immediately after the throw-in, Lakatoš hit the abandoned goal from the own zone in České Budějovice.
