A video shows a man tortured three teenagers viral on social media. It is said that the three tortured teenagers were thieves.
In the circulating video, three teenagers are seen in the corner of the room. All three are shirtless.
A man then whipped the three teenagers several times with a belt. One of the teenagers saw his battered face.
It’s not enough, man beat all three with plastic chairs green until the chair was destroyed. The three teenagers could only moan and groan in pain.
Police explanation
Cilincing Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, AKP Alex Chandra confirmed that the three tortured people were robbers. Third robber were tortured at a Community Unit (RW) post at Jalan Sukapura Cilincing, North Jakarta.
“It’s stupid cell phone. However the children were the culprits (thieves), 3 people,” Alex said when confirmed, on Friday (9/12/2022).
Alex said the three carried out the robbery on Nov. 25, 2022. Alex said the three seized pedestrians’ cellphones with threats of sharp weapons.
“Yes. So he robbed cell phone pedestrian with threatened use scythes,” he said.
Alex said third robber he was arrested by the police. The three are on trial for committing acts of disturbance.
“It was a further trial. We are holding him. Because what he did was worrying,” he concluded.
