Syahrul revealed that this was a mode that often caused unrest and disrupted the stability of food prices.

He also emphasized that his party would be aware of the disturbing information.

“For me, these modes are becoming big. It must be watched out for because it can be very unsettling,” he said.

Syahrul also ensured that he would continue to prioritize direct field observation activities to prevent such modes from occurring again.

He added, in the midst of a pandemic food supply at home it is also under control, especially rice. According to him, at the end of June 2020 the supply of rice was 3.86 million tons.

“We have production from January to June 17.33 million tons, and there is still carry over from the previous year. Our food needs from January to June are 15.27 million tons, so we still have 3.86 million tons,” he said.
