A video in the form of an azan by inserting a word ‘hayya alal jihad’ circulating viral on social media. Habib Novel bin Muhammad Alaydrus who is the leader of the Ar-Raudoh Science and Dhikr Council, Solo, said that changing the call to prayer is not justified and is against the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.
Habib Novel Alaydrus in a video entitled ‘Do not be provoked’ which he shared on social media today, Monday (30/11), urged Muslims not to be provoked and ignore the video of the call to prayer which is currently viral because it has turned the prayer invitation into an invitation to jihad.
“Regarding videos circulating on social networks, videos that are strange too, yes, in my entire life I have never seen a call to prayer like that, how come the call to prayer is replaced by a call for jihad, this is something that is very contrary to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, “Habib was quoted as saying in the video detikcom, Monday (30/11/2020).
