Hugo Broos, now everything is clear with Kompany as T1. He says he is ready to take on this role at only 34 years old. Is this also your feeling?
You are never prepared to be a head coach. There are a lot of things that change in modern football and it is very difficult to deal with. If I can allow myself a piece of advice to Vincent: he should especially not believe that he already knows everything about everything. He must be aware that he still has a lot to learn. He already had this attitude as a player. When I started him in the first team at the start of his career, he sometimes had to be reframed a little bit. He has the same attitude today and must realize that the job of coach is ten times harder than that of player.
