The largest A-class festival “Black Nights / PÖFF” in Northern Europe (to be held on November 13-29) has announced a full competition program, and this selection also includes the feature film “City by the River” by Latvian director Viesturs Kairiss, which will have its international premiere day – November 18.

The Tallinn Film Festival Black Nights has previously announced the format of this year’s event, which will be adapted to the current situation, but there will also be live events, including film premieres.
