Video: Lukashenko and Kola arrive at the castle with rifles and body armor

Videos posted on the web show Lukashenko and his son getting off the helicopter at the castle, accompanied by armed guards. The president is wearing a body armor and a Kalashnikov system rifle without an ammunition holder attached.

In turn, the president’s 15-year-old son of Kola, sometimes referred to as “heir to the throne” and accompanies leaders on various official visits, dressed in military attire, with a body armor, backpack and helmet on his head. He also has a Kalashnikov in his hands without an attached grip.

Lukashenko after getting off the plane at the security guard clarifies: “No one is left there if?” Apparently the art is thinking of the protesters in the Winner’s Prospect, which leads to the President’s working residence at Independence Palace.

Another event took place in Minsk on Sunday mass protest against Lukashenko.

Protesters took to the streets of Belarus after the presidential election on August 9. According to official results, 26-year-old Lukashenko won with 80% of the vote, but the most popular opposition candidate Svetlana Tikhanovska – 10% of the vote.

The opposition believes the election results are falsified and the real winner is Tikhanovsky. These elections, like all others in Belarus since Lukashenko came to power, are not considered free, democratic and fair in the West.

Against the protesters who on the 9th of August and all subsequent days went to the streets, security forces used brute force, water cannons, rubber bullets and stunning grenades were fired, shocking society. Thousands of people have been detained, with many reporting violence and torture in detention facilities.

Protests with strikes and actions have also joined various industrial workers, which Lukashenko has traditionally seen as his supporters.
