Corona mass vaccination center in New York
It’s supposed to be quick and it’s free. Two corona mass vaccination stations recently opened their doors in New York. All New Yorkers over 75 as well as health and nursing staff are called first. The 47-year-old nurse Claudia Zain was the first to be vaccinated in the new vaccination center in Brooklyn and she was very optimistic afterwards: “I have the feeling that people have to look with more hope at what is coming. And we must move forward as a society to achieve the best for all. ” The mass vaccination stations are open around the clock, seven days a week. They are part of the initiative of New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who wants to set up a total of 250 vaccination centers in the metropolis on the east coast of the USA. The aim is to achieve the ambitious goal of vaccinating around one million New Yorkers by the end of January.
