VIDEO ⟩ A drone attack on a Russian reconnaissance plane near Minsk was captured

The more than three-minute long video, published by Ukrainian military blogger and Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Anatoliy Štefans on his “Telegram”, was filmed from the drone used in the attack. It shows how the drone takes off very close to the airport’s outer fence and flies unimpeded into the hangar and lands precisely near the cockpit of the A-50.

We already reported that two explosions took place on Sunday morning at the Machulišku military airfield in Belarus, 12 kilometers from the capital Minsk.

The A-50 aircraft of the Russian early warning and control system was injured in them, the opposition movement BYPOL, created by former employees of security structures, reports, citing its sources.

According to the organization’s information, as a result of two explosions, the front and central parts of the aircraft were damaged, the aircraft’s avionics and radar antenna were damaged.

On Sunday morning, the local channels of the “Telegram” platform also reported on the explosions in the area of ​​the airport.

The damage is serious, and the “A-50” will no longer be able to fly.

The plane arrived in Belarus on January 3 and has since departed 12 times. This plane also flew to Belarus last year on February 24.
