Andrejs Dozorcevs, the developer of the Via Jurmala Outlet Village project and a member of the board of the company Outletico, and Aivars Osītis, the chairman of the Babīte municipality council, will take part in the opening.
Via Jurmala Outlet Village is being developed in two phases and will cover a total area of 110,000 square meters. In the first round, it was planned to open shops with a total area of 13,500 square meters. After the completion of the second phase of construction, the total leasable area of ”Via Jurmala Outlet Village” will be increased to 21,000 square meters, providing retail space for 120 brand stores.
The architectural solution of the project has been developed by the architect of the architectural office “Archab” Andris Bērziņš.
Outletico was registered in March 2016. The owners of the company are Rietumu banka co-owner SIA Esterkin Family Investments (64.5%), Andrejs Dozorcevs (28.75%), SIA Lehmann Investment Corporation (2%), SIA Freims (2%), Yulia Mikhailenko (1.25%) and three other participants.
