Updated text of the Constitution of Russia published on the official legal portal. Changes to the text of the Basic Law of December 12, 1993 were adopted during the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020.

Total Constitution made 206 amendments. They guarantee human rights to respect for dignity, quality medicine, and indexation of pensions. Separately, family relations and children are mentioned.

The primacy of the Basic Law over international law is now recognized. Officials are prohibited from dual citizenship.
