Ve-lez life and nutrition | The Voice of Durango

By Andrea Vélez Ríos

Hello my dear readers of La Voz, I hope you like everything I have shared with you about nutritional information, recipes and recommendations to achieve a better life condition, which, combined with physical activity, helps a lot.

On this occasion I want to talk to you about a very rich fruit that we all like (I hope so), it is mango and mangoes are already arriving in our state. Mango is a strong orange and yellow fruit, rich in vitamin A. It is produced widely in Mexico in Campeche, Chiapas, Michoacán, Sinaloa, Jalisco, among other states of the Republic.

A medium-sized mango, approximately 200 grams, has 57 MG of pure vitamin C, this is an antioxidant, it is also high in fiber, helps fight constipation and above all prevents heart disease. This day I am going to leave you a recipe for some delicious tapas for breakfast with mango.
