THE HAGUE –
The Butchery Offers and Offers on the Frederik Hendriklaan in The Hague has been the target of miscreants who glue the locks of the shop doors three times since Friday. As a result, staff could not enter the store. Cheese farmer Kalkman is also a victim, for the first time on Tuesday morning.

You start early and are understaffed, because people are on vacation, but then you can only enter your case at a quarter to eight instead of six, because the police and locksmith must come by first. ” It’s annoying if that happens once, but John Vink of the butcher shop Offers & Offers has already experienced it three times since Friday, he says against media partner Den Haag FM. ‘It’s terrible. You get completely out of your mind. You are going to start earlier, but then it is wrong again and you are chasing the facts all day long. ‘
Monday morning Vink heard that cheese specialist Kalkman had also fallen victim to the vandals in the street. Their security footage shows that they were the same perpetrators, two – apparently – men with mouth masks on. Then the police visited again and a surveillance image was posted on Facebook. Nevertheless, it was hit again on Tuesday morning.
No angry customers
Vink has no idea who the perpetrators are, according to him there are no angry customers. The cheese farmer, with whom it happened, is sure that they are not customers. According to him, they also try not to force the door. “They placed some kind of stick, like a popsicle, in the cylinder and then sprayed it with quick-drying glue, which got the stick stuck.” Just like the butcher, he also filed a report.
