The unexpected medical issue forced him to miss the recent performance in San sebastian and perhaps other upcoming shows on the European tour.

Little Steven’s Appendicitis Diagnosis

Van Zandt shared news of his condition via Instagram, explaining that what he initially thought was food poisoning turned out to be appendicitis. Fortunately, he received prompt and prosperous treatment at a hospital in San Sebastian. He expressed optimism about rejoining the tour, possibly as early as the Milan shows scheduled for June 30 and July 3.
