Role Overview
The User Acquisition Coordinator will be a key member of the International Marketing team, responsible for driving Monthly Active Users (MAUs) across Pluto TV international’s Scandinavian cluster (Denmark, Sweden, Norway). This involves managing and analyzing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess initial experience in digital marketing, expertise in paid media channels, and a highly analytical mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, App, and CTV platforms to drive MAUs.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance business results. Provide regular performance reports and insights to collaborators.
- Testing and Experimentation: Continuously test and refine strategies within existing or new platforms to improve user acquisition efforts.
- Asset Management: Oversee the creation, institution, and deployment of marketing assets across all channels, ensuring uniformity with brand guidelines.
- Data analysis: analyze user acquisition data to inform budget allocations and campaign strategies. Optimize user acquisition channels based on cost-per-acquisition and ROAS metrics.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team, including brand, content and programming, creative, finance, business intelligence, and ad sales.
- Invoice Management: Raise purchase orders for campaign spend and ensure vendors / partners are paid on time.

Qualifications
basic qualifications:
- two to three years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Cultural background and fluency in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- Experience with biddable/programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent dialog and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Detailed with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various projects together.
- A plus, previous experience on App tracking or using MMPs and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
