The second-hand market saw its first significant suspension of price growth as early as July. In August, this trend continues and second-hand prices are also falling. The price of sedans is the lowest so far, the median value of which is on average 30,000 crowns lower than the previous month. The price of popular SUVs is also falling. “Already the second month we see a change in the prices of the whole Central European second-hand market. In August, prices on the market started to fall more significantly. We see the biggest drop in sedans, where the median value of the price fell by 30,000 crowns. The price also dropped for SUVs, by 9,000 crowns.
