The ex-military, of different ranks, were identified as Juan Rafael Bustillo, Juan Orlando Zepeda, Innocent Orlando Montano Morales, Francisco Elena Fuentes, Guillermo Alfredo Benavides Moreno, Yusshy René Mendoza Vallecillos and José Ricardo Espinoza Guerra.
