It is not yet clear whether the United States will distinguish between the different vaccinations that travelers have received. For example, the AstraZeneca vaccine has not (yet) been approved by the US health authorities, but it is on the list of the World Health Organization WHO.
The vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen are approved in the US.
According to corona coordinator Zients, it is up to the CDC health service to determine whether people who have been vaccinated with vaccines that are not allowed in the US can still enter the country.
