Washington provided COVID vaccines as part of a previously announced program to send American vaccines to other countries.
The United States sent to Ukraine two million doses of the coronavirus vaccine produced by the American company Moderna. About this on Saturday night, July 17, reported Reuters agency citing a White House spokesman.

“Teams of scientists, as well as regulatory officials and lawyers from both countries (the United States and Ukraine – ed.) Worked together to ensure the rapid delivery of safe and effective vaccines,” the agency quotes a spokesman for the American administration.
As reported, on the eve of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal announcedthat authorities expect the Moderna vaccine to be delivered soon.
