Three former people’s deputies of Ukraine and one current one fell under US sanctions.
The US Treasury on Thursday, January 20, updated the sanctions list, adding four Ukrainian politicians to it.
Sanctions were imposed in connection with the “harmful foreign activities of Russia.”
In particular, Oleg Voloshin, people’s deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life, and former people’s deputies Taras Kozak, Volodymyr Oleinik and Volodymyr Sivkovich were sanctioned.
As you know, the authorities Ukraine calls on the US to impose sanctions against Russia, but Washington is in no hurry to do so. They say that restrictive measures have already been prepared, but the decision will depend on the actions of the Russian Federation.
