“US researchers” discovered COVID-19. Two new mutants in “Ohio” confirmed no effect on the efficacy of the current vaccine.
Researchers from the Wexner Medical Center and the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center issued a statement to the media: Two new strains of the promising new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have been discovered in the United States.
One of the newer viral strains has mutations similar to those found in the UK. It was recently detected in 1 patient from the state of Ohio. It is not yet known whether it has spread to the public or not.
While the other has three gene mutations, a type of mutation that has never been detected before. It was a widespread strain in Columbus during the last three weeks of December 20. And Jan.
“A mutation found in Columbus appears to have caused COVID-19. They can communicate more easily from person to person, ”the statement said.
