The Pentagon has announced that it will expand its advantage over China by strengthening nuclear forces and missile defense with the largest defense budget ever, exceeding 110 trillion won.
The UK also decided to pour 60% of the 8 trillion won increase in defense spending into a security alliance with the US and Australia to contain China.

The US defense budget for fiscal year 2024 is an all-time high of $842 billion, exceeding 1100 trillion won.
It increased by 3.2% from 2023 and by 13.4% from 2022.

The U.S. Department of Defense released the largest defense budget details ever and announced that it would strengthen nuclear forces such as strategic bombers and nuclear submarines and strengthen the missile defense system to foster China’s deterrence force.
By service, $61.1 billion was spent on air forces, including fighters, bombers, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
