The Saudi Ministry of Health held a press conference to reveal the developments of the Corona virus, and to comment on the mutation of the virus and its impact on the Kingdom.
The Ministry of Health confirmed that the mutated Corona virus has not been detected in the Kingdom yet, noting that Corona’s mutation does not mean that we are facing a new virus, explaining that any virus is subject to mutation, and that the Corona virus is the same as other viruses.
She pointed out that the Corona mutations did not change the way the virus affects humans, stressing that the vaccination distribution plan is ongoing, and that no change has occurred, noting that some virus mutations may lead to reducing their effect.
