The prosecutor listened to the statements of one of the drivers of the other cars, who testified that the defendant deliberately blocked his road and collided with him, as well as beating him, and a quarrel broke out between them.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office heard the statements of the police secretary in charge of the kidnapping of the accused, who confirmed that the accused did not have a driving license or driving license, and that a pill had been found in his possession. narcotics and alcohol.

By questioning the accused, he denied what was attributed to him, and admitted that he had driven his car recklessly without giving a reason, and that what he had done on the public road was an attempt on his part to prevent his arrest. , and consequently the Public The prosecution ordered the detention of the accused for four days pending investigation and a sample was taken to confirm the extent of his drug use;

The competent court also ordered that the defendant’s order to continue his detention for fifteen days be considered today.
