You jump over house roofs and are in the “flow”. A backflip is no problem for parkour and freerunning runners like Chris Bacher. Bacher is the founder of “One Move”, an association that shows people what their body is capable of when running parkour and freerunning. But the mental is not neglected either. The focus is on mindfulness instead of pressure to perform.
SALZBURG. Chris Bacher lives almost his entire life in what he sees as “the most beautiful city in Austria. What I like about Salzburg is that it is neither a big city nor a village, nature is a great advantage for an outdoor activist like me,” said the Schallmooser who will soon move to Obertrum. His club “One Move“shows how you can use parkour – the art of efficiently moving from A to B, overcoming obstacles by jumping.” We are very motivated, and by the time we start again we have enough to do. At Easter the holiday care will take place again, for which there are still free places. “
Personal development
Bacher has dealt with people for the past ten years. “I realized that the meaning of my life lies in my personal development. If I can contribute to making other people feel good, then I’ll do it. And I do it on a moving and mental level. It goes hand in hand”, says Bacher, who explains how physical fitness and mind are in balance.
