Update on BWF World Tour 2022 standings – Indonesia is 4th, Japan is at the top

Indonesian men’s singles, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting after winning the Singapore Open 2022, Sunday (17/72022)

BOLASPORT.COM – Indonesia is fourth in the BWF World Tour 2022 title after the Singapore Open 2022.

Indonesia became the overall champion at the 2022 Singapore Open after taking home three titles. Three championship titles won Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Martin after winning the duel with each other Indonesia with Dawn Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto.

Two more titles presented by Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti (women’s doubles) and Anthony Sinisuka Ginting (men’s singles) in the BWF World Tour Super 500 tournament.

Even so, Indonesia still stuck in fourth position behind Denmark with 11 titles because the representatives of Merah Putih have collected the most titles from Super 500 level tournaments.

Titles earned Indonesia from the Super 1000 tournament contributed by Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana (All England Open 2022).

The Super 750 title was donated by Apriyani/Fadia at the 2022 Malaysia Open. Apriyani/Fadia also won the Singapore Open 2022.

Super 500 title was obtained from Apriyani/Fadia, Dawn Alfian/Muhammad Rian ArdiantoChico Aura Dwi Wardoyo, Leo/Daniel, and Anthony.

Fajar/Rian on the champion podium in Indonesia Masters and Malaysia Masters, but also won the Swiss Open 2022 which entered the Super 300 tournament. The Super 300 title was also donated by Jonatan Christie (men’s singles) at the 2022 Swiss Open.

Chico, Leo/Daniel, and Anthony won the Malaysia Masters and the Singapore Open 2022 respectively.
