From February 1, 2021, the New York JFK airline will be launching two new flights each to Los Angeles and San Francisco and back.
After around five years of absence, United Airlines will return to New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport next year. A total of four new connections, two to San Francisco and two to Los Angeles and back, are planned.
“I’ve waited a long time to say, United Airlines is back in JFK,” said Scott Kirby, United’s chief executive officer. “From February next year we will be present again at all three major airports in the New York area and will be offering passengers our best product for transcontinental flights from New York to the west coast.”
In each case, aircraft of the type Boeing 767-300ER are used, which have 16 additional seats in United Business Class. In addition to the total of 46 flat-bed seats in the premium cabin, there are 22 seats in United Premium Plus, 47 in Economy Plus and 52 in Economy. (red)
