Union Berlin loses 2: 3 against Bayer Leverkusen. A great soccer game. But in the end, unfortunately, the sport is not the focus. Reason: Because of pyro idiots the game is almost canceled!
In the 50th minute, referee Harm Osmers had to interrupt the game for the first time. The pyro break lasts just under 3 minutes because the Bayer supporters fog their bends and fire rockets. But even after that, the idiots don’t stop.
After the 4th (!!!!) interruption, Osmers has enough to get the professionals off the pitch. Officials and coaches advise on the sidelines, but the referee does not stop the game. Despite further pyro technique, the game runs until it is whistled in the 97th minute.
In the first half, the Union players ignite fireworks on the lawn. Andersson after magic combination with the first big opportunity. But the Union striker warps only by centimeters (3rd). With 0: 2 in the first leg, the Berlin NULL had chances.
In the 7th minute it clattered properly. Bülter prevails on the left, crosses inwards. Malli directs the ball to Gentner – and he pounds the ball into the box at the top left.
