The city of NY enjoy a spring atmosphere in the middle of January. Yesterday the thermometer marked twenty degrees (many citizens went out into the street in short sleeves) when the normal thing is that the mercury does not pass at this time, on average, three degrees negative. And it is not strange that in January there are frosty days and nights, with temperatures that can drop to negative fifteen degrees, or more.
But 2020 has started in NY with the thermometer triggered. The normal cold for the time arrived a week before Christmas (some days the thermometer read -11 degrees) but since December 23, winter seems to have taken a break in that city.

The temperature has not stopped rising in recent days, reaching twenty degrees this weekend. The first people surprised by this unusual heat were the New Yorkers themselves, who yesterday took to the streets to enjoy the unexpected gift.
A spring atmosphere that could have, however, the days numbered since from today it is expected that the thermometer will begin to descend until marking, next weekend, temperatures more in line with the time.
