According to human rights organizations Vyasna (Spring), 17 people have been detained so far, 17 in Minsk, one in Novopolotsk and one in Zaslavl.

Local unauthorized protests are taking place in various parts of Minsk. According to eyewitnesses, light and noise grenades were used against protesters in several places. Mobile internet services are disrupted in the city.
