The discussions and arguments at FC Schalke 04 don’t seem to stop. Its burning on all edges and corners. On the last matchday, a desolate team lost 4-0 in Freiburg.

The Ultras had already made it clear that the team was only part of the bad mood among the fans. They especially enjoy the club management from Schalke 04 against the grain. Now the fan scene replenishes and continues to pour oil into the fire.

FC Schalke 04: amazement at the bosses

With a long and clear statement, the Schalke ultras had asked the club at the beginning of the week to take consequences after a thoroughly screwed up season and to restart Schalke.

After banners and demands for Clemens Tönnies’ resignation appeared around the club premises, sports director Jochen Schneider and marketing manager Alexander Jobst reacted to it. They announced that they would seek dialogue with the fans.

But the statements are not very popular with the Ultras, they are now following up in the dispute. “On Tuesday we were astonished to hear the statement by the board members Jochen Schneider and Alexander Jobst”, says the homepage of the “Ultras Gelsenkirchen”.

The fans scene rejected a dialogue, the demands for a restart within the club had been clearly stated. “There is therefore no need for an explanation or discussion of the currently fundamental problems in the club,” the supporters continue.

The clear demand: Those responsible for Schneider and Jobst have to organize a “credible and ruthless reappraisal” of the events around the club during the summer break.

Only then would the fans be ready to start the dialogue. The Ultras continue to adhere to the restart for the club, which is much cited by fans.

Demonstrations around the stadium

While Schalke went down 4-0 on the last matchday in Freiburg, around 1,500 fans gathered around the Schalke stadium to demonstrate against Clemens Tönnies and the board.
