Ukrainian Army Successes in Donetsk Region: Russia’s Hysterical Reaction and Advances near Bakhmut

The President of Ukraine singled out the 5th Separate Assault Brigade and the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, which resolutely and effectively occurs.

As of June 5, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced more than 1.5 km near Bakhmut. It was noted that the Ukrainians occupy the dominant heights in the southern part of Bakhmut, as a result of which the Russians were forced to go on the defensive.

But the offensive actions of the Russian military in the direction of Ivanovski in the direction of Bakhmut are skidding.

Prigozhin: Ukraine regained positions near Bakhmut

We recall that the leader of the Russian Wagner mercenaries Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Monday that Ukrainian forces had retaken part of the village of Berkhovka, north of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine, calling it a “disgrace”.

Prigozhin’s private army “Wagner” captured Bakhmut last month after the longest battle of the war in Ukraine and handed over its positions there to regular Russian troops. Ukrainian forces continue to attack areas near the city.
