Stoltenberg expressed confidence that Ukraine and Georgia will join NATO, but “this is not a matter of tomorrow.”
“I think it is obvious that this will not happen tomorrow, but they will join. Therefore, my message to the NATO allies, and what we talked about yesterday with the President of the United States, is this: we need to step up efforts and do more for these countries wishing to join.
