Skibitsky said that according to preliminary information, the Minister of Defense of Russia Sergei Shoigu visited a group of Russian troops and, according to Ukrainian military intelligence, the commanders have reported to him about the further planned actions and the conduct of the “operation”, as well as the results of the measures taken.
