MOSCOW Russia accuse Ukraine has a super killing machine created in a secret experiment in a managed biolab United States of America (US). The accusations were made by two Russian lawmakers who head a commission to investigate a “biological laboratory” in Ukraine.

The deputy chairman of the Council of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Kosachev, and the deputy chairman of the State Duma, Irina Yarovaya, touted what they described as the shocking findings of the “investigation.”

They claim that blood testing of Ukrainian prisoners of war uncovered various diseases suggesting that they were secretly experimenting for military purposes.

“And we see: the atrocities and barbarities committed by the Ukrainian military personnel, the crimes they committed against the civilian population, the horrific crimes they committed against prisoners of war, confirms that this system of control and creation of this ruthless killing machine was implemented under the management of the United States of America.” Yarovaya told reporters.

“And the performance-enhancing drugs that are still being administered to neutralize the last traces of human consciousness and turn them into the cruelest and deadliest monsters also confirm this,” he claims. Daily BeastTuesday (19/7/2022).

Surprisingly, he also claims that the presence of Hepatitis A antibodies in the blood of Ukrainian prisoners is evidence of an American biolab conspiracy, because the former Ukrainian health minister is a dual Ukrainian-American citizen who has worked to obtain drugs for the treatment of hepatitis in that country.

“It is very possible to test these drugs on military personnel,” Yarovaya said.

The claim appears to be a fresh take on the biolab conspiracy theory routinely launched by the Russian Ministry of Defense to try and justify the war in Ukraine.

While conspiracy theories have been around since the Soviet Union, they were more often reinforced by Kremlin figures after the February 24 invasion, due to Moscow’s initial claim that they invaded Ukraine to “remove the Nazis” a country ruled by a Jewish president but failed to gain much power. pull beyond its own domestic propaganda.

The latest iteration appears to be aimed at explaining Russia’s military decline through the Ukrainian mutant forces.
