Kiev: Ukraine has blamed Russia for a cyber attack on government websites. Russia is waging a hybrid war against its neighbor, the Ministry of Digital Development said. The US company Microsoft had previously stated that dozens of computer systems owned by Ukrainian authorities were infected with malware. About 70 government websites were down yesterday because of the attack. Messages stating that Ukrainians’ personal data had been leaked appeared on the hacked websites. However, Ukrainian security officials said no personal information was released.
