At the same time, he accused the Kremlin of waging a hybrid war on such fronts: the migration crisis, military escalation near the Ukrainian border, an increase in the level of Russian propaganda in the European Union, and the paralysis of the Normandy format and the Minsk process.
The purpose of such actions of the Russian Federation, according to Kuleba, is to increase pressure on the EU for concessions on Sevpotoku-2.
“We see the efforts of Russian lawyers and lobbyists who are trying to find gaps in European legislation and create some special conditions for Nord Stream 2… But we insist that there should be no exceptions, “the Foreign Minister said and stressed that for Moscow the SP-2 is not an economic, but a political project.
As a reminder, on November 15, the German regulator decided to allow companies Naftogaz of Ukraine and Ukrainian gas transmission system operator to the certification procedure of Nord Stream 2 AG as a pipeline operator Nord Stream 2.
