Lukas Piszczek slowly says goodbye to Borussia Dortmund. One of the best right-backs in the history of Polish football has recently announced that he will leave the German club in June 2021. Originally he was supposed to do it this year, but some time ago he extended his contract with BVB by 12 months.

Piszczek revealed where he would end his career. After Borussia, he will play for another club
Many people claimed that Piszczek’s departure from Borussia would be tantamount to ending his career. As it turns out, this will not be the case, because an experienced defender wants to play for another team, and he wants to end his adventure with the ball, at least as a player, in Poland. – I have plans related to Poland, which I have postponed for a year. I have my academy that I have to take care of. In addition, I want to play in my club again, LKS Goczałkowice – admitted Piszczek in an interview with the official website of Borussia.
About 60 children are currently training at the Piszczek academy in Goczałkowice (the only academy under the name of Borussia Dortmund outside of Germany). – We want to gradually build teams up to U18 [obecnie w akademii funkcjonują zespoły od U8 do U12 – red.]that players from all over Poland could reach us – admitted Piszczek.
Piszczek has been a Borussia player since July 2010. In total, he played 363 matches for her, in which he scored 18 goals and made 64 assists. This season, the 35-year-old has appeared in 38 matches in all competitions, once entering the scorer list in them and assisting four times in the hits of colleagues.
