The European Football Union Uefa apparently wants to continue the Champions and Europa League in the summer and postpone the international matches scheduled for June until the autumn.
ZDF reports on these plans of the continental association, which held a video conference on Wednesday with the 55 general secretaries of the member associations. The Uefa Executive Committee would probably have to take a corresponding decision.
Because of the corona pandemic, Uefa had suspended the two club competitions and postponed the respective finals, which should have taken place at the end of May, indefinitely.
