Ubisoft officially announces Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Since 2 p.m. this afternoon, Ubisoft’s various social networks have been igniting the web. Because yes, that’s it, Ubisoft is finally revealing the new installment of Assassin’s Creed. It was during a LIVE video that we were able to follow the creation of what appears to be the Cover Art of the game by the very talented BossLogic. Great communication from Ubisoft that highlights the work and talent of graphic designers who work behind the scenes.

For long hours, fans around the world were able to follow the realization of this artwork (recorded in advance) which therefore represents what will undoubtedly be the main character at the center of the latter (obviously, it will not be possible to choose between a man or a woman). On the artwork, two different atmospheres. On the left, a universe reminiscent of the Vikings, the North, the ice. The famous drakkar, the iconic Viking ships. On the right, a universe that rather reminds that of the Franks or the English with a burning castle. One thing is certain, Nordic mythology will be at the center of this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

After several hours of suspense, it’s official, the next installment in the Assassin’s Creed saga is called Valhalla and will tackle Nordic mythology. Valhalla is therefore the place where the brave deceased warriors are brought. What is interesting is to tell us that this place is in the Kingdom of the Gods. The legend of Ragnarök therefore seems to be at the heart of this new opus.

After more than eight hours of waiting, Ubisoft therefore lifts the veil on the logo and the official name of this next album. However, we will have to take his trouble patiently since the trailer will not arrive until tomorrow at 5 p.m. See you tomorrow to have the full reveal of the game and have a little more information, such as the release period and the consoles and the first details around the scenario.
