On Monday afternoon, VG was in contact with Johansen regarding the coaching job in Odd, which became vacant after 13th place in 2021 was not enough for Nornes to keep the job.
– Has (as usual) no comment on such matters. But always nice to be mentioned in such contexts, Johansen writes and signs with “Paco”, the nickname he goes by in the football community.

Odd director Einar Håndlykken did not answer VG’s calls on Monday. In a text message to VG, board chairman Trond Haukvik confirms that the coaching job is on the agenda in Monday’s board meeting.

– We will get back to this matter after the board meeting, Haukvik answers.
– When do you hope to present a new coach?

PS! Odd will also hire a new sports manager after Tore Andersen. The long-time Odd boss works in the position while the recruitment is in progress.
