Two minors were victims of shootings in less than 24 hours in Newark – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW JERSEY – In less than 24 hours, two shootings were reported in the city of Newark that left two children injured, according to authorities.

The most recent shooting was reported on Saturday night and according to the preliminary report a 14-year-old teenager was injured in the leg in the vicinity of 828 15th Street. The minor’s condition and the details behind the events are unknown. .

The first incident occurred a few blocks from this place when a child under 12 years of age was hit by a stray bullet that entered through the sale of the residence where he was, around 10:00 pm on Friday, in an apartment complex located on 17th avenue in Newark.

The minor was in the hospital and was discharged, but it is unknown where he was injured.

Both cases are under investigation and no arrests have been released.
