The two men in their 50s are accused of having used violence, or participated in violence, against a 15-year-old boy in the center of Stjørdal.
The incident is said to have happened on the evening of October 28 last year.
– The police are watching very serious that well-adults commit violence against children. Only the police have access to use force to maintain peace and order in Norway, says prosecutor Ole Andreas Aftret in Trøndelag police district.
The police have conducted several interrogations and obtained surveillance footage. They believe they have a clear picture of what has happened.
– The aggrieved party’s young age is an aggravating element. The police have zero tolerance for violence against children, says Aftret.
