The process is not simply opened, it is change some rules to include more people and exclude others. It includes, for example, people from the world of esports, academics or scientists. Users who want to apply for verification on Twitter can do so as of this January 20 from the account settings in the Twitter app or website. Bot accounts and commemorative accounts
